Virtual Personal Assistant / Full Time (Remote)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
• Create and manage documents, spreadsheets and presentations
• Conduct research and compile information as required
• Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
• Help with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation
• Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Experience with social media management is an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
