We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Virtual Office Assistant. This is a remote position, based in Canada, and an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting a growing business. As our Virtual Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and deadlines
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, events, and other important information
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
• Assist with bookkeeping, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation
• Conduct research, compile data, and create reports to support decision-making processes
• Maintain files and documents, both physical and digital
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration or office management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
• Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the organization
