The Opportunity

If so, we invite you to join a team of like minding creative thinkers as our Video Content Supervisor.

What You’ll Do

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to elevate our video content’s quality and impact continuously.
• End-to-End Production: Oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing to final delivery.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and resources are effectively allocated.
• Content Creation: Conceptualize, produce, and direct a variety of video content, including promotional videos, travel guides, customer testimonials, and more.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure that video content aligns with overall marketing strategies and objectives. You will also be required to liaise with destination contacts and partners when arranging shoots overseas.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a creative team of editors, videographers, and content creators to produce visually stunning and engaging video content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of video quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines are maintained across all content.
• Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that capture the essence of our vacation offerings, showcasing the unique experiences that set us apart.

What You’ll Need

• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging and innovative content.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in video production and content creation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a creative team.
• Knowledge of compression, codecs, aspect ratios and bitrates, along with any other file extensions/types required for TV broadcast, digital and social media
• Passion for travel and an understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
• High proficiency in film-specific videography equipment.
• Proven experience in video production, content creation, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction from the Creative Director and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
