We’re a small, fast growing remote team of around 35 team members from around the world, composed of dedicated and talented individuals with a core focus on engineering and product.

About The Role

Your expertise, guidance, collaboration, and ability to make things that resonate will all help take our brand to the next level—whether it’s designing visual assets, editing video clips for social, dreaming up and strategizing on a campaign, or producing an experimental video series for our YouTube channel. You’ll also bring creative leadership across the company by empowering every Flowster to confidently create delightful on-brand content that adds value to the community and furthers our mission.

What you'll do

• Make our community feel seen
• Strategic planning and collaboration with the marketing team
• Design, build, and execute creative campaigns across digital/social channels, while integrating the fun and engaging creativity captured in B2C branding
• Continue to grow professionally and creatively, every day
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Continue to visually evolve the Voiceflow brand
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce creative social media ads, landing pages, etc
• Video editing and creation

About you

• 2+ years experience managing freelancers and/or agencies
• Experience with researching, planning, organizing, and producing creative projects from inception to completion
• Strong visual storytelling skills. Ability to distill information into easily understandable visuals and layouts
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with video editing, visual effects, and design tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Experience working with a cross-functional team—working with designers to develop creative assets; working with product marketing to understand product positioning, audiences, and use cases; working with executives to create video and audio content
• A strong desire to think outside the box and make things people love

Our Process

• Panel interview: a 45-minute call with Sam (Head of Demand Generation) to dig deeper into your background
• Culture screening call: a 30-minute call with Brett (Recruitment) to share more about Voiceflow, our team and culture, and learn about you
• Offer: this is the part where we all celebrate!
• Role screening call: a 30-minute call with Kristin (Head of Brand and Content) to learn more about the role and our company
• Final interview: you’ll meet with Braden (CEO) to learn more about the future of Voiceflow
• Application: All candidates will hear back, either to move ahead and schedule an interview or to let you know we aren't moving ahead. No ghosting!

Logistics

• Location: Toronto — we work Hybrid (1-3 days/week in office)
• Timeline: We’re aiming to have our process completed and an offer made by mid-May
