Technical Recruiter - Fresh Graduate

Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process from the start to the end, including sourcing, building relationships, pre-screening, scheduling, feedback cycling, reference checks, pay rates negotiation, etc.
• Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, our ATS, and social media platforms.
• Work closely with the senior leadership and collaborate with other teams.
• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources along with a solid internal database of candidates.
• Train yourself to be a successful technical recruiter
• Contribute to the growth of the company in a variety of sectors including recruitment, sales, documentation, etc.
• Conduct personal interviews via phone and video meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients.
• Interact with and attend client meetings and analyze client requirements to deliver better results.

Requirements

• Self-driven, success-oriented, hard worker
• Strong communication skills
• Degree in communication or equivalent degree
• Prior experience in recruitment is a bonus
