Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT expertise
  • Run remote/mobile sales
  • Attend auction leadership meetings and provide advice and guidance
  • Design/Oversee/Implement Innovative Technology Solutions
  • Produce reports for Field Management
  • Ensure all technologies are running correctly
  • Provide assistance to Field Engineering team
  • Excellent Customer Service
Essential Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
  • Working experience in Project Management
  • Working experience in Series/AS400 support
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders
  • Working experience in wireless (Mobile, WiFi, WAP)
  • Working experience in network
  • Working experience in audio/visual
Required
  • Working experience working with incident, problem, and change management,
  • Working experience as a participant in a change management process
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline OR equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of working experience
  • Technical certification.
  • Working experience supporting end-user computing devices
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Excellent customer service skills required. The ability to meet SLAs and update customer with progress.
  • Ability to walk, stand, squat, kneel and climb to perform essential job duties required to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technology equipment
  • Working experience in an ITIL-based environment
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office products
