Receives and prepares samples for microbiome analysis

Operates facility instrumentation include a digital PCR system, lyophilizer and an anaerobic chamber following established SOPs

Assists with the qualitative data analysis and its interpretation.

Understand vaccines and their functions and be able to provide potential study participants with all necessary information.

Review potential participant charts and determine eligibility to participate based on set guidelines in the study protocol

Complete informed consent with study participants.

Contact participants to ask questions, which are set in advance according to the study protocol (e.g. post-immunization reaction data).

Responsible for the operational set up and maintenance of clinic equipment and maintains inventory of clinic supplies.

Assists in coordinating clinic visits by preparing source and study documents, and scheduling visits with families.

Assisting in answering data queries in RedCAP (e.g. when there is missing or incomplete data) to ensure data quality and accuracy

Basic immunology and molecular biology laboratory techniques, including DNA extraction, peripheral blood mononuclear cell isolation, tissue culture technique, flow cytometry analysis

Analysis of clinical and genomic data using bioinformatics and computational tools

Maintenance/management of the pluripotent stem cell inventory.

Manage specific, but limited, laboratory function including purchasing, maintaining and upgrading laboratory equipment. Ensuring proper use of equipment and safety.

Extensive experience in cell culture.

Ideally have experience in handling human pluripotent stem cells and single cell cloning.

Knowledge of general laboratory techniques.
