Tech Operations Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tech Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the high-ticket coaching industry.

As a Tech Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our tech infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include funnel creation, CRM management, Zapier automation, spreadsheet and G Suite familiarity, data analysis, and managing tech projects.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytical, and has a strong background in operational processes within the coaching or online marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-converting and user-friendly funnel designs.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of new tech implementations to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
• Utilize Zapier and Make (Integromat) to automate workflows and integrate various software platforms.
• Tech Project Management:

• CRM Management:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Spreadsheet and G Suite Familiarity:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zapier and Make integrations.
• Continuously optimize and A/B test funnels to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Lead and manage tech-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to project goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and developers to implement and maintain new software solutions.
• Funnel Creation:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain shared spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Design and implement automation sequences to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage G Suite tools (Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.) to streamline internal communication and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Proficiently use spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to analyze data, create reports, and generate insights.
• Develop and implement sales funnels, landing pages, and opt-in forms using various funnel-building platforms.
• Monitor and analyze customer behavior and engagement to improve targeting and communication strategies.
• Manage customer data, segmentation, and automate email marketing campaigns.
