This role sits within LBC Capital, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank.
The primary focus of the Operations Specialist is to support our different Originations, Booking and Operations Teams, Customers and Partners during the equipment financing lifecycle. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, result-oriented and fast-paced environment. The Operations Specialist is driven by a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and customer focus to meet business performance targets.
As an Operations Specialist, you demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with fellow peers, internal and external customers and business partners while managing a variety of priorities. Responsibilities
ºWork closely with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Legal and Operations) to gain a thorough understanding of the transaction while ensuring compliance to company policies.
ºUsing high attention to detail, review documentation packages received and key the data in the system accurately.
ºAssist throughout the lifecycle of commercial equipment finance transactions and work in various teams within the Operations Group as needed.
Qualifications
ºPost-Secondary education combined with 2 years of related customer experience preferred.
ºPossesses strong communication skills with a customer centric focus.
ºAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with a high sense of urgency.
ºAbility to proactively assess situations and translate these into results-oriented solutions.
ºAbility to collaborate with customers and various departments within the organization.
ºBilingual (French/English) is preferred
