Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare Staffing) - DAYFORCE Experience

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing operations, ensuring the successful placement of qualified healthcare professionals within various healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit top-tier healthcare candidates who meet the specific requirements of our client organizations. You will utilize your expertise in healthcare recruitment and your familiarity with the Dayforce system to streamline the hiring process and effectively match candidates with suitable positions.

Requirements:


1. Certification: Possession of a recognized certification in talent acquisition or recruitment is required.


2. Healthcare Staffing Experience: Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing, specifically sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals across different specialties and roles.


3. Dayforce: Proficiency in using the Dayforce system for applicant tracking, onboarding, and HRIS functions is essential.


4. Knowledge of Healthcare Industry BONUS: Familiarity with healthcare terminology, roles, and regulatory requirements, enabling effective candidate evaluation and client consultation.


5. Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.


6. Organizational and Time Management Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously within tight deadlines.


7. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem-solving ability to address recruitment challenges, resolve conflicts, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.


8. Ethical Conduct: Adherence to high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.


Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, including specific job requirements, qualifications, and preferences.


2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, to attract qualified healthcare professionals.


3. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit through resume reviews, interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.


4. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize the Dayforce system to maintain accurate candidate profiles, track recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.


5. Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation, negotiation, and onboarding.


6. Candidate Selection and Placement: Collaborate with hiring managers to present suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules. Facilitate the decision-making process and assist with finalizing job offers and contract agreements.


7. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to healthcare staffing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records and documentation.


8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging best practices in healthcare staffing. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
