Talent Acquisition Specialist- Infrastructure & Transport Engineering

In light of the expected increase in the number of projects in 2023 and onwards, we are hiring a professional with experience in Engineering Recruitment to join our team in our Canada offices.

Reporting to the Head of the Corporate Recruiter Manager (in Spain), this person will work in the End-To-End Recruitment processes, designing the search strategy for each vacancy/profile.

Together with the Corporate Recruiter Manager, he/she will keep in touch with the Hiring Managers to define the profiles to be covered and identify and use the different recruitment sources that are most suitable (LinkedIn, networking, employment websites, etc.) to locate and identify candidates that best fit the profile to be covered.

In turn, he/she will conduct the personal and competency-based interviews, presenting the pre-selected candidates to the Hiring Managers; guaranteeing at all times a good candidate experience in all the selection processes.

On the other hand, you will participate with the rest of recruiting team in general area activities & operations.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions, being interesting that you have previously worked as a head-hunter or consultant, recruiting engineering profiles.

- University degree in Psychology or similar.

- Business fluency in English, both written and verbal. French and/or Spanish speaking is a plus.

- Legally able to work in Canada.

- User of new digital technologies and search tools.
