Job Description
What You’ll Do


The Supply Chain Integration Lead will be primarily working on business-focused integrations within a SAFe agile environment. The individual will be responsible for the design, build and support of Supply Chain integrations as well as coach/mentor individuals within the Supply Chain Integration team. They will work closely with the architecture team, Business analysts and product owners to understand the needs to design efficient integrations.


  • Develop and sustain the integrations utilizing a variety of technologies
  • Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables to meet development and stakeholder needs.
  • Coach and mentor the Supply Chain integration team
  • Contribute to the vision for the team and the platform as a technical leader, identifying new and strategic technologies that improve security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • The team will have an emphasis on automation of repeatable processes
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by facilitating information sharing and team cooperation.
  • Participate in code and design reviews.
  • Be cognizant of security, organizational risk, PCI, and business at all stages of the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Work closely with other teams (such as architects and Technical Product Owners) to define efficient integrations within the Supply Chain ecosystem.
  • Participates in agile planning, and design activities as the subject matter expert
  • Engage in ongoing skills development and knowledge acquisition.
  • Provide technical and design support for other team members (e.g. QA, BA’s).
  • Be available to support after hour activities (Deployments, incident investigation, etc.) when necessary.


What You Bring


  • Test Driven Development / Automated Unit Testing
  • Exposure to Source Control, Automated Unit tests and Continuous Delivery
  • The ability to work with management, other development teams and product owners to effectively and efficiently deliver solutions which meet business needs.
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with different stakeholders
  • Experience using Atlassian Project tools like Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills
  • Both on-prem and cloud hosted solutions (Azure and SaaS)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience developing business solutions with a cross section of following technologies: Java, API Services, Linux & Windows Scripting. Messaging (EMS, IIB, JMS)
  • Experience in an Agile Scrum Delivery environment (SAFe preferred)
  • Integration experience leveraging Tibco, Messageway and Datastage is an asset.
  • Ability and desire to mentor others on best practices including documentation and governance.
  • Recognized University Degree or College Diploma
