Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

Develop and/or participate in the development of analytics, systems data management, metrics, reporting and training.

Researches, compiles and creates presentations/reporting for all levels of the organization, including the Executive Management Team.

Work with the broader supply chain management team to identify key messages and incorporate into the overall framework.

Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management

Manage vacation time of direct reports.

Compiles and distributes reporting requirements in multiple formats to a variety of audiences.

Engage in ongoing skills development and knowledge acquisition.

Experience in an Agile Scrum Delivery environment (SAFe preferred)

Integration experience leveraging Tibco, Messageway and Datastage is an asset.

Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with different stakeholders

Experience using Atlassian Project tools like Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket

Solid verbal and written communications skills

15+ years of direct experience in progressively more responsible Supply Chain, Materials Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Distribution / Logistics.

Other recognizable Certifications or Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics/Warehouse management or related

Strong experience and skills in at least 3 following field of expertise:

ERP Systems, Supply Chain Management & Planning, and /or Information Technology Integration

Benchmarking skills in Supply Chain

Hold 2 or more following certifications:

Partner with Lundbeck’s Head Office (Liaison between Canada and Global European teams) in the product requirement forecasting process for Canada.

Coordinate and manage various committees/teams in relation to the level of crisis when backorder situations arise. These teams are the following:

Setup and negotiate distribution agreements as required to achieve optimum cost/benefit for Lundbeck.

Manage distribution supplier performance, and review performance against expectations in the agreement.

Bilingual proficiency with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

15+ years of direct experience in progressively more responsible Supply Chain, Materials Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Distribution / Logistics.

5+ years of relevant experience in warehouse and warehouse management and or logistics.

Develop and mentor pro-active thinking and root cause analysis on material issues. Includes management of crate and freight expenses to budget.

Experience leading people with demonstrated team-building skills.

Manage cycle counting process to ensure inventory accuracy, with root cause analysis and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Forklift experience required as well as a current driver's license.

Experience in the aerospace industry and/or manufacturing environment (Asset).

Be the backup person for all SAP implementation projects

Work with Sales team to plan seasonal stock

Create, modify and enhance new and existing reports

Develop both demand and supply plans

Work with Distribution team to ensure smooth product transfer

Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation would be considered an asset

Organizational and time management proficiency.

Requires analysis of faculty need, faculty ability/skill, and appropriate modality of delivery

Minimum 5 consecutive years of experience in leading others

Knowledge and application of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.

Champion a student first culture by being present and visible to students, faculty and staff

A minimum of two years of supervisory experience, preferably within a unionized environment.

Must be licensed in the shipment of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations.

Class 5 Driver’s License and the completion of a successful Criminal Records Check will be required.

Benchmarking skills in Supply Chain

Hold 2 or more following certifications:

One OR more experience listed: IDP data flows testing, Integration Testing, performance testing, security testing or environment management

Understanding of the wealth management systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Contract Term: 4 months, renewable
