As a supervisor, you will lead a team of training professionals to coordinate EGI Sync Integration activities and multi-functional initiative information, risks, actions, and interdependencies to ensure the successful implementation of key enterprise solutions and ensuring the safe and reliable operations of our core business.

Note: This position can be based out of any Enbridge’s office location within Ontario. Please mention your location preference in your application. Internally, this role is titled as Supervisor EGI Sync, Training and Sustainment.
What You Will Do

• Leads resources, including internal and external members, and training vendors to develop and facilitate training to various user groups.
• Responsible for the supervision, design and development of detailed training plans and supporting materials, by applying training methodologies, and incorporating required content in the development and delivery of effective training solutions and approaches that meet business needs and support a positive learning experience for various target audiences.
• Collaborate with Change Management team to build actionable deliverables including identifying target audiences, key content, training communications, creating training plans and resistance management tools to effectively transition and deliver training to increase speed of user adoption.
• Responsible for crafting deliverables like the identification of training logistics, target audiences, training format, and user reference documents for the effective transition and increased user adoption of the systems
• Accountable for the development of training and sustainment support materials for multiple work streams within EGI Sync team’s line of sight.

Who You Are

• Ability to successfully prioritize and run multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Related university degree and seven-plus years’ experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience. A combination of equivalent mix of formal education and experience may also be considered.
• Leadership through inspiring of others, setting the vision and leading effectively.
• Ability to develop, coordinate and lead training for all initiatives.
• Outstanding managerial and time management skills.
• Stellar interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to Influence others without direct authority.

Working Conditions (Optional)
Expected travel - 3-6 Days a month
