Corporate Quality Training And Communication Lead

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, Quality Assurance, you’ll be responsible for the overall development and facilitation of Quality training and communication for the entire Give & Go Network. Ensure each Give & Go facility is in compliance with all customers, GFSI and regulatory training requirements.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Deliver and maintain training using LMS
• Ensure all sites are prepared for GFSI, Regulatory and Customer audits
• Create, organize, plan and present various forms of orientation, onboarding, refresher, and skills training for all Give & Go Employees. Training will cover the following: G&G Quality Systems, Mondelez Requirements, GFSI Requirements, Regulatory Requirements, Customer Requirements
• Create training manuals, guides and course materials
• Partner with Learning & Development to align on training standards, templates and scheduling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging training content that is tailored to the immediate audience
• Maintain the Quality Department Section of the Corporate Training Matrix · Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments as well as retraining requirements according to G&G training guidelines, including uploading records to the Learning Management Systems
• Provide support to Site QA Teams during audits and regulatory visits
• Support Corporate Quality in the development, management and implementation of internal communication initiatives and programs
• Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, interactive simulations, and videos
• Run training reports and provide data insights related to completion and other defined training metrics

Recipe for Success:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Communication, Training or a related field
• 5 years’ of experience in quality, communication, training or related field
• Highly effective communication skills, able to communicate clearly, and actively listen to others
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience managing and tracking training using learning management system (LMS)
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development materials and training paths
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
• Strong presentation skills
