We’re looking for a Strategy Manager with a passion for data to join our Go to Market-Retail team. Reporting to the Head of Strategy - Retail, you will be involved in setting business unit strategy and delivering operational projects across the retail business

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stakeholder Management and Communication - Manage stakeholders across the business to deliver key outcomes. Present strategies and insights to executive level leadership
• Analysis and Insights - Analyse financial and non-financial trends to draw insights, and recommend initiatives to drive business performance
• Pricing and Packaging - Lead the pricing and packaging strategy for retail globally; setting strategy and working with Go-to-Market, Product and Technology, and operational teams to deliver key business outcomes
• Strategy development and execution - Evaluate business unit strategy and prioritize retail initiatives. Drive problem/project scoping, business case development and insight generation. Run complex, critical, strategic projects in close partnership with cross-functional teams
• Market and competitive intelligence - Act as a key source of knowledge and subject matter expertise on topics of strategy, business model, and market / competitive dynamics

What You Need To Bring

• Extensive experience in financial modeling & commercial business operations
• Strong understanding of company level P&L, customer unit economics, and growth drivers
• Experience with the creation, planning, and delivery of business strategy
• Experience working on large, global and potentially complex projects that span across the organization
