Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Narrative Development: Create and refine the marketing story and strategy that will resonate with our target market.
2. Offer Creation & Market Identification: Lead the development of compelling offers and identify the ideal market segments for maximum conversion.
3. Strategic Oversight: Ensure all marketing tactics and campaigns are in alignment with the overarching strategy.
4. Departmental Management: Supervise the SEO, Social Media, and independent lead generation departments, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns.
5. Hands-On Expertise: Bring at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in direct response, B2C, and B2B sectors. You won't just lead; you'll execute.
6. Tech-Savvy: Be comfortable navigating and utilizing various online systems and platforms.
7. End-to-End Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, coordinating with other departments for a successful outcome.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with online systems and platforms
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus; work experience is paramount
• MBA is a bonus but not required
