Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide expertise on channels and optimisation of content
  • Conduct market research on target markets, competitors and existing and potential customers and use the intelligence and information to inform their content preference, develop effective omnichannel and to identify the market requirements for current and future products and services
  • Work with Content Strategy and Medical teams to develop and implement high impact and differentiated customer experiences
  • Manage media agencies to optimise end to end efficiencies across the CPO
  • Collaborate closely with key partners to shape our HCP end-to-end experiences, define technology strategy, scale technology solutions, and drive usage and connectivity of the capabilities that make up the broader digital engagement ecosystem
  • Ruthless prioritization to drive the highest engagement impact
  • Work with the different cross functional partners of key priority brands to orchestrate the design of omnichannel experience execution with on-time go-to-market execution
  • Partner with the MarTech & Channel Performance Manager in development of dashboards and process to demonstrate effectiveness of the “end to end” content and media ecosysten and embed a culture of optimization

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Experience in a multi-national environment is preferred with the relevant experience in developing business plans and multi-phase roadmaps across multiple teams
  • 5+ years of experience across digital marketing, ideally both in and out of the pharma industry
  • Bilingual: English and French
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume enterprise customer base
  • A relevant marketing or post-graduate qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience managing creative and media agencies
