- Manage the FPP Budget and ensure efficiency.
- Your goal is to increase company sales and market share by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging the consumer journey, global brand position and category penetration.
- Collaborate with the whole marketing team, merchandising and commercial counterparts + external suppliers to bring campaigns to life through our retailers.
- Accountable for the go-to-market strategy, brand launches and activations including campaigns and events. Responsible for the execution and orchestration of activations and their performance across both online and offline sales channels.
- Responsible for analysing performance of animations per channel, per retailer alongside commercial teams to provide insights for future activations.
- You lead with passion and an entrepreneurial spirit + have great collaborative skills
- You care about your consumer, your team, and the environment
- You have in-depth knowledge of the distribution model, retail landscape, competition and consumer
- You gained up to 5 years of professional experience
- You are analytical, pragmatic and a great communicator
- You hold a business degree in Marketing or other fields
- You strive for excellence and thrive in a fast-paced environment
