2+ years of experience in partnership activation or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Archtics is an asset

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and sponsors

Proven experience in the management of projects and budgets.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Marketing (or equivalent amount of relevant professional experience), MBA or MSc preferred.

Coordinates through-the-line marketing campaigns with commercial activations and manages the in-season calendar.

Collaborates with the Director of Omnichannel to synchronize marketing efforts across channels and deliver a seamless customer experience.

5-8 years of relevant experience.

Previous experience with in-store marketing activation.

Commitment to ongoing education to meet resident’s needs and legislative requirements.

Facilitates, as assigned, Residents’ Council activities in accordance with legislative requirements.

Experience in long term care in developing/ leading programs for residents with varied physical and cognitive ability.

Experience in PCC and Activity pro would be considered as an asset.

Knowledge of community resources within the service area and able to relate to them in a professional manner.

GESTIONNAIRE SENIOR, ACTIVATION MARKETING ET EXPERIENCE EN MAGASIN

Prendre en charge le calendrier d'activation de la marque et du marketing.

Coordonne les campagnes de marketing en ligne avec les activations commerciales et gère le calendrier en cours de saison.

Supervise la mise en œuvre du marketing saisonnier et des activations commerciales en cours de saison.

Aligne l'exécution promotionnelle sur les objectifs de produits, omnicanaux, de planification et de marque.

Knowledge of website content management software

Professional skills and experience required:

Assessment and monitoring of the local patient experience

At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role

Plan and deploy the integration marketing plans of each local clinic in their portfolio

Ensure the compliance and accuracy of the newsletters of the clinics in their charge
