Job Description

Dermapure is Canada’s leading network of high-end medical aesthetics clinics. As a company, we are the reference for medical-aesthetic care, without surgery. With 70 clinics across Canada, our philosophy is to offer high-end, non-invasive treatments that combine the latest innovations in skin rejuvenation to achieve visible and natural results.

Under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Activation Coordinator oversees the implementation of the clinics' marketing plan and works with the clinics to implement local events, growth hacking strategies and bespoke plans.

Main responsibilities:


Project Management


  • Assessment and monitoring of the local patient experience
  • Facilitate quarterly follow-up meetings with designated clinics
  • Plan and deploy the integration marketing plans of each local clinic in their portfolio
  • Coordinate different local initiatives: events, traditional media, public relations, collaborations, influencers, etc.
  • Point of contact and responsible for all internal requests of their clinics
  • Coordinate the local marketing budget according to the allocated budget
  • Communicate local strategies to clinics
  • Ensure the compliance and accuracy of the newsletters of the clinics in their charge
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of clinic events (launches, information evenings, etc.)
  • Ensure national marketing initiatives are rolled out and executed in local clinics

Professional skills and experience required:


  • At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role
  • Be able to handle pressure, priorities and peak periods
  • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative and flexibility
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Demonstrate integrity, discretion and ethics
  • Demonstrate creativity, teamwork and collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and growing environment

Required tools/software:


  • Masters the software of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of website content management software
