Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?


Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead a team responsible for the successful implementation of the marketing activation calendar and the optimization of our channel mix to achieve our strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Development, E-Commerce, Store Operations, Real Estate, and particularly collaborate with the Director of Omnichannel to ensure a unified customer engagement model across all channels.


HOW WILL YOU DO IT?


Marketing Activation Strategy and Execution


  • Coordinates through-the-line marketing campaigns with commercial activations and manages the in-season calendar.
  • Aligns promotional execution with product, omnichannel, planning, and brand objectives.
  • Oversees the implementation of seasonal marketing and in-season commercial activations.
  • Develops and implements the marketing activation strategy, aligning the channel mix with Omnichannel, corporate, and brand objectives.
  • Takes ownership of the brand master/marketing activation calendar.


Store Marketing & Experience


  • Ensures the timely production and delivery of in-store marketing materials. Lead in-store testing across signage, content, windows, and displays.
  • Oversees store openings and ensure they align with fleet strategy.
  • Collaborates with the Sales and Store Operations teams on in-store program development.
  • Works with brand and creative teams to develop market-relevant store signage and digital content.


Events & Activations


  • Develops and executesbrand activation and store opening events in collaboration with Brand and PR teams, as well as relevant agency partners.
  • Creates a menu of repeatable marketing activities to introduce the brand to new markets, drive brand awareness, and increase store traffic.


Stakeholder Management


  • Collaborates with the Director of Omnichannel to synchronize marketing efforts across channels and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Serves as the central point of contact for internal and external partners to ensure alignment across the commercial calendar.


Who You Are


This is what you’ve accomplished


  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Ability to travel roughly 20% of the time in North America and internationally.
  • Previous experience with in-store marketing activation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Marketing (or equivalent amount of relevant professional experience), MBA or MSc preferred.
  • Proven experience in the management of projects and budgets.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
