We’re expanding our remote team and are looking for an experienced individual with a track record of proven success in managing our content strategy through to execution. Ready to be a member of a growing, innovative and dynamic team? As Content Manager, you will be responsible for the content calendar, implementation and serve as a key member of the Marketing team.
The Role
The Content Marketing Manager will oversee our content marketing initiatives, drive engagement, and contribute to our overall marketing and business goals. The successful candidate will have strong strategic, analytical, writing, and a proven track record of driving growth through content marketing.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will be to develop the overall content and communication strategy, engaging target audiences and maintaining the voice for all aspects of the organization’s presence.
- Ensure that all content is consistent with Vexxit’s brand voice, style and tone.
- Writing, editing, and producing engaging content that meets the needs of our audience
- Create the overall content strategy which considers the content needs at each stage of a customer’s journey as well as personas.
- Overall responsibility for managing and measuring content KPIs, reporting results, and giving recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Manage external content creators including French translators.
- Oversees the creation, editing and proofreading of engaging content both internally and externally, ensuring that content is in compliance with Legal requirements and suitable for different cultures and accessibility needs.
- Leverage generative AI to augment content development and improve efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and content performance data to guide and adjust content strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO strategies and brand guidelines.
- Identify channels and audiences for whom content will need to be created including what their needs are; what their content engagement cycle might look like; driving awareness and engagement.
- Manages editorial processes and procedures including SEO, content categorization, content development, coordination of distribution and determine appropriate channels.
- Increase customer engagement and support lead generation efforts by developing and managing engaging content across all channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and more.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Analytical skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tactics
- Experience with social media and marketing campaigns
- Highly developed creativity
- Proficiency with content management systems
- Excellent knowledge of SEO
