Oh hey there.
We help marketers find in-house jobs at U.S.-based startups. Right now, we have a client looking for a talented and experienced B2B Content Marketing Manager to join their team. For this role, you should have a strong background in B2B content creation, email marketing, social media management, and A/B testing. You will be responsible for optimizing their digital platforms to drive conversions and contribute to the overall growth of their company. It’s a fully remote, work-from-home job, and the salary is negotiable (in your application below, you should write the salary that you’re comfortable accepting, and we’ll negotiate with the Client on your behalf).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and simulate social media strategies to support email campaigns
- Manage multiple social media platforms with a focus on intelligent growth and engagement
- Develop targeted partner email campaigns to drive leads and partnerships
- Conduct A/B testing on the web to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
- Create email sequences from scratch and implement them effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing goals
- Oversee the website, blog, and digital assets to ensure a cohesive online presence
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing and management
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to optimize digital platforms for conversions
- Native English speaker (essential)
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing software
Interview Notes:
The interview process will be a video submission, then a written submission, then 2 live interviews. In total, the entire interview process shouldn't take you more than 1-2 hours.
Salary: $4,000 USD per month. Let us know if you do NOT want to be paid in USD.
