SENIOR FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Sr. Field Service Engineer to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Location: Dorval, QC

Responsibilities

• Responding real time to customer technical inquires via phone, email, in-person.
• Manage issue resolution against identified service level goals.
• Proactively supply technical communications to customers as available.
• Maintain ownership of technical issue through closure.
• Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Willing to work off hours as required.
• Working knowledge of export requirements and/or government regulations is a plus.
• Must be able to troubleshoot aircraft systems, products using technical publications, fault isolation procedures, and able to interpret drawings/blueprints.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the Aerospace industry with emphasis on various Business General and Aviation and Commercial type aircrafts.
• Willing to travel between sites as required.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or related aerospace field.
• Demonstrate flexibility and in a high demand environment.
