Job Description
Company: Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Working Location: Head Office, Nissan Bangna-Trad KM.22, Samut Prakarn, Thailand.
Hiring Condition: Permanent

  • Cooperative to non- technical team such communication or aftersales market team to prepare non-technical explanation to customers.
  • To clarify customer voice of customer by such interview, scramble, social-media insight and able to analyze customers need to communicate to responsible function to conduct improvement activity and finalize the solution & counter measure.
  • Mandatory to update monthly report or any issue summary status to sharing to discuss by management request.
  • Responsible as THI QCS (Quality Control System) – FQI team activity member to conduct the Voice of Customers analysis through the final dissatisfaction improvement of products.
  • Interpret and collect market customer requirements to feedback to monotsukuri team to have product improvement.
  • Responsibility to keep schedule of customer information preparing to send out for timely questionnaire distribution.
  • Act as responsive member for Quality Control System activity and be centralize of quality communication in Quality Control System aspect.
  • Support and Active in all Quality Control System activity related.
  • Be able to make product benchmarking to support report preparation.
Qualifications
  • English writing/speaking/listening is preferable
  • Technical skill (Automotive) required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excel [Analysis level], Power point, Microsoft word is preferable
  • Be Polite, Calmful, Able to work under high pressure
  • CS mind
  • Survey Making skills is an extra
