Concentrix Corporation, a global leader in Customer Experience Solutions, is seeking a passionate Quality Engineer to join our CCaaS team in bringing a cutting-edge global CCaaS platform, AnyPaaS, to market.

As a member of the AnyPaaS team, you will be directly involved in architecting and implementing various automation testing frameworks and test suites that ensure the best coverage possible.

The Software Engineer, Quality will be accountable for the day-to-day CI/CD of our CCaaS platform, test coverage, be directly involved with Release Management, and in general position us as a team to delivery better software faster. The candidate will be a great communicator, and dedicated team member, and strive to help us all succeed as a group by putting our customers first in every technical decision we make.

Ideal candidate will have a university or college degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
