As a Junior Quality Assurance Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to identify and report any defects or issues. You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the overall enhancement of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to kickstart their career in quality assurance and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Document and report test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues
• Perform regression testing to ensure that software enhancements and bug fixes do not introduce new issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of software applications
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and participate in the design and development process
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Flutter web framework and mobile app testing is a plus
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and concepts
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Minimum of one year of experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably in a professional environment
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes
• Fluent in Spanish, an asset but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
