Responsibilities:

• Staying up-to-date on the latest CMS standards, FHIR, FHIR objects, and other legal requirements to maintain product compliance.
• Ensuring that products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements.
• Identifying areas for improvement in quality assurance.
• Mentoring, providing training, and managing associate QA engineers.
• Collaborating with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing).
• Supporting the product development or operations teams by providing analysis and expertise throughout the testing process.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to discuss the needs, design, and functionality of Reliq and iUGO Health’s products and services.
• Review development plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the features' scope, requirements, and function.
• Documenting results; offering observations or improvements after test results and overall product quality analysis.
• Developing and executing test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and customer feedback and prioritization.
• Identifying root causes of problems in the production process; recommending and implementing corrective measures.
• Managing testing efforts across various projects and tasks under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing.
• Expertise in scripting languages used in test automation.
• 8+ years experience in Quality Assurance engineering, team management, and collaboration.
• Expertise in automated testing tools and the industry’s best QA practices.
• Experience in working with Node.js frameworks like Nest.js
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering is an asset.
• Complete knowledge of agile software development and project management methodologies and processes.
• Experience in developing systems that are secure and scalable.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Programming skills in one or more current languages (Python, Typescript, Javascript, Bash, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with scalability, load, and performance testing.
