JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Site superintendent with Tractus Projects, you will oversee the construction process and be responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. You will be responsible for delivering on time, on budget, and on specification projects for our Clients on the construction site.You will be responsible for engaging the customer and/or consultants, coordinating site construction activities, perform various hands-on tasks, and administer the firm's Safety Policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You must have a minimum of 5 years Site Superintendent experience with some hands on construction skills.A C.E.T or equivalent construction experience is required. You must be technologically savvy and fluent with email, text messaging, and iPhone and/or Android smartphones.You must have an understanding of construction contract administration. And, have proven strong leadership, relationship building, communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills that can balance "getting it right" with "getting it done".First Aid training and certification is an asset.
