Senior Transportation Coordinator Jobs

WE ARE HIRING!

We are currently seeking a Senior Transportation Coordinator for our client in the Cornwall area!

Schedule:

Rotating Week 1 & Week 2 - Continental shift

Week 1: 8am-8pm Wed-Sat

Week 2: 8am-8pm Thurs-Sat

Key responsibilities:

• Handle Gate activity for inbound and outbound traffic, enter all relevant information into systems and direct traffic to their destination

• Review Driver’s day and submit requests for any required software adjustments

• Print all JDA paperwork associated with routes where required

• Data preparation and Reporting

• Contact vendor services for commercial invoices related to claims

• File all paperwork

• Issue PO’s as required

Skills required:

• 1-2 years of related work experience

• Excellent communication skills are an asset

• Must have strong leadership skills

• Must have the ability to multitask, make decisions and problem solve

• Strong organization skills would be an asset
