Primary Responsibilities:

• Contribute to ad hoc reporting and project initiatives as required.
• Drive accurate cash flow forecasting and present insights to senior management.
• Conduct thorough analysis of monthly financial statements, identifying variances and business trends.
• Ensure precise general ledger account reconciliations.
• Oversee invoicing processes for multiple business units.
• Collaborate on budgeting and financial forecast preparation.
• Maintain and analyze general ledger entries for monthly and year-end financial reporting.
• Provide continuous support to the finance team.
• Assist with annual financial audit activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Possess a professional accounting designation (CPA) or be working towards it.
• Display exceptional attention to detail and productivity.
• Possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of full cycle accounting and accounting principles.
