About The Role
The Senior Copywriter will craft our brand’s strategies into remarkable, irresistible creative concepts and head-turning copy. In this role, you’ll need to be a master of absorbing product knowledge and guest research—then translating it into compelling ideas and phrases that resonate with people around the world. You’ll be bringing enthusiasm alongside your
experience, and will be open to learning new ways of doing things, even as you push us to explore new territories.
You’ll be working as part of one of the most talented internal creative organizations
anywhere. And you’ll be operating in cooperation with both our incredible business partners and top-flight agencies, to create moments of real impact.
a day in the life: what you'll do

• Mentor and ideate with junior creative team members on both process and writing.
• Formulate succinct and powerful presentation decks to sell through ideas.
• Write clear, persuasive, succinct original copy that connects back to the benefits of our product, all within our defined brand tone of voice—and while helping us stretch that tone of voice in new directions with bold, brave writing.
• Execute on campaigns from concept stage to completion, across all channels.
• Come up with strong executions across all channels that connect back to the idea.
• Provide effective direction through all phases of production—internally and with external partners.
• Stay current on industry trends, including ground-breaking ideas, emerging technologies and business solutions.
• Inspire and innovate junior copywriters on the team.
• Understand the structure of a brand’s identity—how the visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic brand experience.
• Present effectively both for internal creative and cross-functional project reviews.
• Work in a close-knit creative partnership with the creative project team (Senior Graphic Designer) to generate and bring to life excellent concepts and ideas.

Qualifications

• 2 + years of experience working on national or global brands.
• Ability to write to a brand’s tone of voice, and subtly flex that tone for message and medium.
• Must have a folio of work demonstrating ideas and copy across various media.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands.
• Demonstrated and extraordinary communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• 2 + years of experience in concepting for web, mobile, social, and emerging platforms.
• A degree within a writing-based discipline—journalism, advertising, creative writing, etc.
• Flawless time management and organization skills
