Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Location: Moncton, NB (Hybrid)
Duration: Full-time

the (Senior Business Systems Analyst) SBSA role will be focused on supporting the ePCR solution, however, they may be required to support additional related Innovation and eHealth initiatives as needed. The SBSA will gather and document business requirements and ensure business needs are met in collaboration with the project needs. Work will be assigned by the Program Manager and supported by the CommunityCareNB Project Manager.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

A minimum of ten (10) years of recent relevant experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst with well-documented examples;

Must be available to work immediately upon assignment of contract. Although remote work will be considered, the SBSA needs to be available for in-person workshops in Moncton whenever required (no more than four 1-day workshops during the term).

Experience supporting project and operational activities in a Senior Business Systems Analyst role, in the eHealth domain in a Canadian jurisdiction. Please provide examples of projects/operations-related work.

Demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions with diversified groups of Subject Matter Experts/stakeholders resulting in clear and concise business requirements, user stories, and business use cases. Please provide examples.

Demonstrated experience in change management to support operational and project activities. Please provide examples.

Knowledge of UI/UX design and experience with agile development methods.

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and the Salesforce platform.
