Work Arrangement: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

As ATB's next Senior Business Analyst, you are a catalyst within the Everyday Financial Services (EFS) team, responsible for translating and supporting the execution of the EFS strategy.

This role will support and sometimes lead a variety of projects and initiatives for EFS and will accelerate these with a thorough understanding of EFS' processes, systems, and requirements, ensuring solutions create value for our clients across all physical and digital delivery channels.

• Collaborates with internal and external partners, using a data-driven approach and strong critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop smart, simple, and creative solutions
• Understands key businesses processes / systems and how they interlink, and is able to leverage that knowledge to advocate for EFS strategic objectives on projects and initiatives
• Utilizes strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to cultivate productive working relationships with ATB business partners to influence solution design and prioritization
• Delivers high quality work on firm delivery timelines and quickly adapts to new challenges and changes
• Acts as a change specialist to develop communication and training materials to ensure impacted EFS team members and clients are aware of and prepared for project / product launches

Requirements

• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills, able to work independently or within a group
• Proficiency in data gathering, analytical thinking, and insights analysis
• Working knowledge of Everyday Financial Services, its distribution networks and experience with SAP and ATB systems
• Ability to support or lead multiple initiatives at once, ensuring project deadlines are met and milestones achieved
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years experience in business analysis, product management, or change management
• Proficiency using Google Suite software, particularly G-Mail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
