•10+ Years of experience as Business Analysis

•5+ Years of experience as Project Manager

•Good experience in requirement gathering for Share Point and Open Text development.

•Strong knowledge in Share Point and Open Text

•Good experience in Business Stakeholder Management, Requirement Documentation and system level requirements

•Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.

•Performing GAP analysis by creating the As-Is and To-Be business models to ensure higher business value to meet business objectives.

•Good understanding on various technical components.

•Preparing Mock-ups of the New User Interfaces and presenting it to the stakeholders. Coordinating with developers, testers and clients and ensured that the work to be delivered on time and as per the client’s expectation and service level agreements.

•Responsible for coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the activities are completed as per the plan

•Synthesizing external and internal data and communicating them clearly to stakeholders

•Articulating test strategy & Plan for functional testing of the reports and dashboard and support in UAT

•Performing end to end functionality testing for each iteration of development.

•Conducting Playback sessions of the new user interface to the users
