Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

As ATB's next Business Analyst, EFS Strategy & Growth, you will work with a diverse, cross-functional team that delivers on initiatives and projects critical to the Everyday Financial Services (EFS) strategy. You love to work with stakeholders to tackle roadblocks, target high-impact challenges, and take a data-driven approach to finding solutions and delivering business results.

• Demonstrates a strong level of business acumen, to understand issues, and propose feasible solutions
• Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
• Serves and advises projects, initiatives, and/or the business by turning data into recommendations
• Uses business analytics, data visualization, and data tools to help the business in making better data-driven decisions
• Builds relationships in order to engage various other partners from across the organization, and sometimes beyond
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced, changing environment
• Supports creation of project/initiative vision, goals and KPIs

Requirements

Business Analyst, EFS Strategy & Growth Accountabilities:

• A quick learner, naturally curious and a self-motivated individual with a high degree of comfort working independently or within a group
• Data literate, able to understand and interpret data, charts, and graphs and use them to tell story, drive appropriate recommendations and decisions
• Excellent written and presentation skills with a proven ability to disseminate information effectively to other team members and leaders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical acumen to solve problems and translate business needs and requirements

As The Ideal Candidate You Possess

• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, other Google Suite products, Tableau etc.
• 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry
• University degree or college diploma in business or related field or equivalent experience
• Working experience of business case analysis, which can be defined as a decision support and planning tool that projects the likely financial results and other business consequences of an action
