Boutique Real Estate Brokerage is urgently looking for an individual licensed as Broker or Salesperson to help with an overabundance of residential client leads.
Our small office is currently receiving more lead calls than we’re able to handle on our own.
If you want to work full-time as a REALTOR® without the frustrating experience of having to compete with an abundance of other licensees for every client, then consider our Brokerage.
There is an excellent chance you will have work the same week you join us, and that you’ll be very busy through spring and into summer without having to worry about personal lead generation.

The ideal candidate would work full-time as an independent contractor earning a commission based income. He or she would work directly with clients, guiding them through the process of buying and selling their homes while adhering to rules and regulations governing Real Estate trading. This includes, but may not be limited to, meeting clients in person, evaluating or showing a home, drafting documents for signature, preparing and launching listings on MLS®, hosting open houses, and responding to inquiries from consumers and other licensees.

Job Requirements:
- RECO licence in good standing
- an interest in working full-time as a REALTOR®
- resident of the Greater Toronto Area and ability to travel freely within and outside of it
- have a driver’s licence and own a reliable vehicle
- own an Internet connected mobile phone
- own a computer or laptop with Internet access.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
In addition to must have requirements, the ideal candidate is someone who is self motivated, organised, punctual, multilingual, knows how to solve problems, is attentive to detail, has good communication skills, and good travel flexibility.

From home & on the road, in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
Benefits / Potential Earnings:
The Brokerage’s business model allows its agents to meet and provide services to more clients than might be possible at a traditional Brokerage, allowing them to earn a higher annual income than most traditional agents. Furthermore as valued members of a close knit Brokerage, agents have direct access to the Broker of Record for support and training. The Brokerage does not charge any fees other than a low deal fee whenever a commission is earned. Potential earnings are $150,000 - $300,000+ annually.
