With their diversification, they are recession proof and seeking to add another Real Estate Analyst to their Acquisition and Finance team. The Real Estate Financial Analyst is responsible for evaluating potential real estate investments and providing guidance on the feasibility and profitability of such investments. This may include conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and maintaining financial models to forecast the potential returns on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and run updated financial models on existing assets and/or acquisitions
- Provide guidance and recommendations the feasibility and profitability of potential real estate investments
- Assisting with placement and administration of loans and equity partnerships.
- Evaluate and provide financial analysis of market conditions and trends relevant for senior managers to make decisions on the financing, acquisition, marketing, and leasing of properties
- Analyze and interpret financial data
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of existing real estate investments
- Researching and monitoring developments in real estate and financial markets.
- Reviewing drawings, schedules, and market metrics, and properly incorporating these inputs into various proformas and analysis.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Real Estate industry experience is preferred
