1-3 years of real estate transactional experience

Solid technical and troubleshooting abilities in the provision of Leasing and Property Management support

Knowledge and understanding of business functions and processes to enhance business processes and create efficiencies

Ability to demonstrate considerable judgment, tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature

Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assignments in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

Aptitude for working with numerical data and performing data analysis

Support internal audit on behalf of the asset management platform

Oversight of third-party property management’s processes, record keeping and due diligence.

Support Global Real Estate Operations document management hub of records on SharePoint platform

Oversee management of corporate memberships and subscriptions ensuring the global contract inventory is centralized

Provide support on document management and support the business unit records coordinator (BURC)

Ability to manage many different sets of collaborators. Excellent collaboration and good relationship leadership skills.

2+ yrs experience in commercial real estate investments, investment banking, or related financial analyst or capital markets roles.

Excellent knowledge of finance and financial modeling concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, real estate, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Oversee report portfolio performance reporting Communicate valuation information to Managers, Senior Accountants, and Staff Accountants as needed for financial reporting

Provide valuation education and guidance to clients

Manage, train and develop valuation analysts, including onboarding, enforcing company policies and completing performance reviews as requested

Advanced financial modeling skills are a must.

Create allocation models based on interpretation of relevant legal agreements

Update valuation models for changes in capital structure or technique inputs, on as needed basis

·Preparation of asset performance, information, and activity reports on a regular basis for use by senior management.

·Candidate to possess a post-secondary education in finance, economics, business or related commercial real estate profession.

Contributing to the maintenance and accuracy of internal real estate management systems (YARDI)

Experience working in and/or knowledge of Real Estate would be considered an asset

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Computer Science or another related field

Knowledge of Real Estate would be considered an asset

5+ years of direct experience with CDBG-DR programs

Demonstrated knowledge of how housing, community and economic development, and disaster recovery programs are implemented at the state and/or local levels

Experience in developing and implementing project/team processes

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Data Entry & File Management

Assist in the appeal management, file maintenance and electronic storage of documents

Previous experience as an Analyst

Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
