- Coordinating after hours work to be done, schedule and follow-up with technicians regarding work to be performed.
- Assisting with reception back up/shipping and receiving back up
- Scheduling field technicians for various plumbing and HVAC maintenance calls according to priority levels, technician/customer availability and skill set.
- Providing administrative support as required (accessing work orders through work order systems, document processing)
- Assisting with customer service requests both by telephone and email.
- Relevant industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Willingness to take on other duties as needed
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Post secondary degree/ diploma in a related field is preferred (Administration/ Business)
- Proficiency with computers
- Proficiency with MS office specifically, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous work experience answering phones in a busy office environment and/or office management/scheduling experience required
- Professional phone manner
