Key areas of responsibility:


• Generate accurate quotes, working closely with the sales team to ensure we are aligned with the customers and Fully Managed’s objectives

• Create SOW (statement of work) for technical projects and pricing for Professional Services and ESM/GC (GrandCentral) services

• Provide RFP support for the sales team, identifying the appropriate solution and corresponding SOW

• Act as a communication liaison between the sales team and cross-functional teams, creating processes and procedures to ensure adequate communication to the right team

• Work closely with Professional Services team on new client onboarding, quality assuring all onboarding requirements are documented within our CRM

• Maintain up to date continuous learning and training regarding all FM standard offerings, key vendor solutions and products. Utilizing FM internal training materials, vendor technical and product training where available, relevant seminars, trade shows and conferences and through on-going self-directed learning

• Maintain up to date understanding and familiarity with ESM business including the full ServiceNow offering

• Create and deliver product and service training for sales team on various MSP technologies

• Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with key vendor sales and technical representatives

• Identify product gaps based on current offerings and raise them to sales leadership team

• Other duties as required.


Skill and knowledge requirements


We’re flexible but these are a must:


• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer

• Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions

• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives

• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent presentation and creativity skills


Assets:


• BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base

• Willingness to travel
