Job Overview: Luminii is built on the premise that architecture and illumination are intrinsic to each other. We are fixated on developing advanced LED technologies and products while continuing to expand our brand into key global markets and channels.You will be responsible for identifying ideal customer profiles, follow-up on business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Regional Sales Managers and our Marketing team to define a new vertical market strategy and evolve our customer engagement program to ensure we align the right types of product content to the right audience against pre-defined KPIs. The ideal candidate will be able to show a proven track record in strategic value selling, C-Suite level engagements, and financial acumen.
Duties:
- Build tools that deliver that best business view for the customers to review
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry.
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
- Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
- Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
- Define go to market strategy to maximize growth and effectiveness
- Creates service value proposition for high-end residential.
- Manage pipelines with RSM on applicable accounts
- Day to Day management of targeted account list and provide "white glove" service levels
- Contacting potential customers to establish rapport, develop relationships and sales.

Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Background in developing sales strategies.
