Job Description
High-level Role Description - Business Development Representative:

• Qualifying and managing business leads from existing projects, CNGL’s past relationships,
• Contacting potential clients based on a structured schedule
• Aiding in potential client presentations at site
Brief Description.
CNGL has existing clients with signed off MSAs with major clients in North America. The Business Development Representative will act as a liaison between CNGL and our existing clients. The role of this position will be to connect with the existing leads (PMs, PEs, other Managers etc.), ensuring that CNGL gets repeat business and seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential new leads.

To be successful in this role, one should have an understanding of the CNGL business. This will help to assess what would be the overall requirement in a client organization that matches with what CNGL offers to the industry. One will use the communication and outstanding people skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. One will also ensure proper after-sales service, boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
• Identify and Qualify leads
• Contact existing and potential leads regularly and structurally
• Present (may be with a supporting technical person) our company to potential leads/ clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) leads and CNGL when a business initiates that
requires additional CNGL support
• Report to the CNGL President on daily basis and on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
• Business relationship building
• Travel to meet the client as required
• Ensure effective marketing practice
• Schedule and Lead Event management

Expectation:
• Dedicated to CNGL, Align with CNGL, Learning on CNGL business has to be a maximum of one week
• Work enthusiastically and positively starting with the available tools of CNGL, then think for improvement instead of creating a mental block for the available tools/ systems
• Develop the business, coordinating with the CNGL President, Core Technical Staff, Project folks (who take part in the strategy development)
• Project / RFP creation will be the KPI. Job sustainability will strictly be dependent on that

CNGL Target:
Create the first engineering project at Enbridge ( CNGL has an MSA)
Enhance business in Nutrien and Plains. More business than the previous year ( will be discussed)
Discussion on other existing clients will be discussed once the core targets are acheived.

Work location: CNGL office/ travel to clients
