We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic outbound B2B sales representative to play a pivotal role in our strategic expansion within the Consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. As an outbound B2B sales representative, you will be responsible for generating quality leads, meeting prospects, understanding their unique requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts and sealing deals with CPG/FMCG clients. This position comes with a base salary and very attractive commission structure


Expectations:

  • A strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills, active listening
  • At least 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the CPG or Packing, Co-Packing, Warehousing sectors.
  • Own a vehicle, clean driving record. Vehicle ownership is mandatory for this role, as field work is essential.


Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, such as personal meetings, cold calls, email campaigns, etc.
  • Work well with customers and external stakeholders with a problem-solving attitude
  • Sell value-based solutions to senior executives and decision-makers
  • Use computerized systems effectively to manage customer accounts, priorities, and schedules
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide feedback on market opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and colleagues to achieve sales goals
  • Report weekly sales activities and results to the management
