Remote Project Coordinator Jobs

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a remote project coordinator for a 12-month contract with an enterprise client.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project milestones, deliverables, and progress.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities in non-IT fields, ensuring their timely and successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates on financial status.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Develop project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in non-IT projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of non-IT fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, or product roll-out is desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
