Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our foreign-based marketing team, working closely with team leads to ensure the smooth functioning and success of various business processes.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and processes to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversight of various teams to ensure their proper function: Overhauling processes where they're ineffective & keeping dept managers and personnel accountable for achieving objectives.

• Act as a point of escalation for any operational challenges, working closely with team members and departments to troubleshoot and find viable solutions.

• Accountable for organizational oversight of all operational processes and departments within: Strong leadership to work in close tandem with team leaders to accomplish objectives.

• Ability to leverage technology & tools to achieve more efficient and effective outcomes of business processes

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Proven track record in overseeing operations, teams; managing & improving processes
• Highly adaptable and resilient, able to navigate the challenges of working with a foreign-based team and changing market conditions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients across different cultures and time zones.
• Proven experience in marketing and/or operations management, with at least 2 years overseeing remote teams.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
