The Gig:

Blend HRM Inc is currently hiring a Part Time, entry level Lead Generator/Lead Researcher to help build a portfolio of clients. If you have great research skills, are a great communicator, and have a hunter mentality, then this role is for you! We are looking for candidates who would like to learn the industry and grow into a Sales Development Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Support all business development activities
• Perform a variety of research, marketing, organizational and administrative functions
• Schedule intake meetings with prospective clients for Account Executive team
• Utilize various market research techniques to locate new business opportunities and source prospective client information
• Update Salesforce as required

• Experience in sales of any kind is an asset, we are looking for a hunter!
• Independent and a self-starter - We work remotely so you need be organized, motivated and focused,
• Post-Secondary Education is an asset, ideally in Administration, Human Resources or Business, either completed or in progress,
• Strong initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision.
