As a Registered Practical Nurse ( RPN ) at Jarlette Health Services, you will work under the direction of the Director of Care in the home and be responsible and accountable for providing planned, resident-focused and goal directed care in accordance with the provincial standards of care.

The following traits and qualifications are required:

• Contributes to a home environment for residents that ensure the values of Jarlette Health Services are met
• Ensures all MOHLTC requirements are met.
• Candidates must possess a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51
• Shall exhibit strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset
• Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education, training, and professional development
• Performs care planning and coordination of care in a diverse multidisciplinary care team
• A demonstrated use of current care technology.
