Recruitment Coordinator (Northern Health)

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Recruitment Services and working within the established standards and strategic plans of Northern Health's Recruitment Services, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting, implementing and evaluating activities of current and new work-integrated learning initiatives, such as the provincial Health Career Access Program. Responsibilities include processing and screening applications, interviewing, reference processing, and maintaining and reporting data for internal and external needs including related provincial database(s). This position focuses on process improvement of systems and is able to process high volumes of information and data. The Recruitment Coordinator will form collaborative partnerships with leaders and community stakeholdersincluding post-secondary institutions, indigenous partners and employment programs to establishproductive working relationships to support organizational initiatives.

Starting salary will be approximately from $60,427 to $75,533 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions

Qualfications

• Three (3) to five (5) years of recent recruitment-related experience in a large, complex unionized environment,
• Bachelor Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or Human Resources, or a related discipline,
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Skills And Abilities

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database applications.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

• Demonstrated knowledge in implementing new processes and/or procedures and managingchange.
